Words With Wings

Words With Wings Summer Camp

Do you have a writer in the house? If so, this summer consider the Missoula Writing Collaborative’s Words with Wings—an intensive writing program for ages 8-14.

Your writer will receive: One-on-one direction from professional writers who teach in MWC creative writing residencies at local schools, publication in the MWC Words With Wings 2013 Anthology, and the chance to share work at public readings.

Optional extended day session will offer students an opportunity to build on the mornings’ writing instruction while exploring the Missoula community and it’s varied ecosystems. Excursions by bus or foot will provide guided opportunities for participants to examine their environment with their developing skills as a writer.
